For a limited time we are offering free shipping within Australia for orders above $150. All other orders will be charged a flat fee of $6.95. We will strive to pack and send your order on the same day whenever possible. Generally your order will take 1-2 business days for handling and shipping between capital cities once payment has been received.
All orders will be sent either by courier or Australia Post Express mail to ensure fastest delivery. Small orders (generally orders below $40) might be shipped by regular post.
Can I order from outside Australia?
At the moment we deliver only within Australia. If you live overseas and would like to make a purchase simply contact us.
Ordering And Payment
You can buy Online 24 hours a day.
Once your payment has been approved, and your order is dispatched we will notifiy you via email.
We currently accept Visa Card, Master Card, direct deposit and gift certificate. You can be rest assured we have a secure checkout.
When paying by direct deposit you will be given full payment instructions upon checkout. You can then make payment using Internet banking (you need to be registered for Internet banking with your financial institution), or over the counter at any ANZ Bank branch. Your order will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed. You are given 3 business days to pay, if payment is not received in this timeframe, purchased items will be returned to stock unless you contact us to make other arrangements.
Please note, it can take one complete business day for funds deposited via online banking to appear in our account. Our standard shipping times apply from that point.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
At Mother&Co we want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience and your purchases. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us online as soon as possible, indicating the reason for the return. You will then be issued with an authorisation number, which must be included with the returned item. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs.
The item must be returned to Mother&Co within 60 days of the shipping date. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging). Upon inspecting the returned item, we will gladly exchange it with a different size or color. First exchange requests will be shipped back to you FREE of charge. If you ask for a refund we credit via your original method of payment, or provide you with a store credit. If the returned item was on sale, refund is provided in the form of a store credit only, to use toward future purchases.
Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
We regret that we are unable to provide you with the cost of returning your items to Mother & Co, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
Are returns and exchanges free?
Your returns will not incur any restocking fee. Outward shipping will not be charged on your first size exchange, but you must return the goods to us at your own expenses unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered or express post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.
